Hi Kenneth, how are u? I went to Lok's one step up class on 10/1 and i fell down, couldn't get up myself, there were two girls helping me up. I guess I hurt my back and butt.................aiyaya.. Lok didn't realise someone fell down tho. Will you go to his class next Sunday? He will substitute Louis's class, guess you are not interested la huh..

dunno why, we guess something bite ballball and her ear got hurt and bleeding. So need to wear UFO to avoid her get hurt again. PS: ball ball is a girl ar :)

Hey Kenneth, i went to Jason's one step up class last nite at TST and it was fun. I could follow half of the class which I think I wasn't doing too bad.... Horray!!!!!!! and Jason is an awesome instructor. I am really happy ar!

hey kenneth, do you think Lok's intro step move class is more easy to handle? Have u ever tried?

not easy, his steps is similar to bibi's and sometimes not smooth (bibi's style, they think it is smooth though)
maybe you can try louis, his steps is easier not too many turns.

I did join the class but i left after block 1, its too hard for me, it spinned too much and I couldn't manage it. I guess I better go to intro step or power step for one more year before I step into the intro step move class again.
By the way, I couldn't hear what Stanley say, does he always mumble?? or he just got a soar throat?

He was sick since last Tue. You know he used to excerise so can't recover quickly.
so still sore throat last friday.
no need to practise one more year... i tried my first intro step move after 3 months intro step..
Spin is easy.. direction is more difficult. last class has many directions changes...

i think so. most instructors intro step -> intro step move have a big gap.
you need to turn and spin your body.... which can be very difficult to handle
you may try some instructors who may include spin into their combo first.
Anyway, keep trying is ok.. don't give up.. and ask your instructor after class :)

I play Stanley's and Louis's more. Lok just a few times. Lok's style is similar to Bibi's which is quite different from S's & L's...
Step is interesting. I love it much :)
